There are a number of ways to search for properties on saskhouses.com. One of the easiest ways is to use the search function at the top of every page on the website. You can search for properties by City, Neighbourhood, Property Style, and Price Range. The image below shows the search fields with no choices selected.

The next image below shows the search bar with a search for bungalows in the City of Saskatoon. The search shows that there are 386 active listings in Saskatoon, and 216 of those listings are bungalows. If you click on the "Search Listings" button, you would get a complete list of the 216 properties which meet your search criteria. You could narrow the search by adding a neighbourhood or price range to the search criteria.

You can also do detailed searches for properties by clicking on different areas on our "View all listings" page. 

Our listings always appear with the newest listing at the top of the list, but if you click on the up and down arrows at the top of the page, it will re-organize the listings with the oldest listing at the top, and the newest listing at the bottom of the page.

If you click on the up and down arrows next to the City column at the top of the main listings page, it will re-organize the listings alphabetically by City - from A-Z or Z-A.

If you click on the up and down arrows at the top of the Neighbourhood column, it will arrange the listings in alphabetical order by neighbourhood - again, from A-Z or Z-A

If you click on the word Warman in the city column, it will bring up a list of all the listings in Warman - if you click on Prince Albert Area in the Neighbourhood column, it will bring up a list of all the listings in the Prince Albert Area.

If you are searching for listings in a broader area of a city, or the province, a nice feature to use is our interactave maps. We have maps of Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Warman, Martensville, and Rural Saskatchewan. All of the maps are interactive, meaning you can click on the map to activate it, and then zoom into a specific area of the map by left-clicking on the map, and then pulling your mouse over to another part of the map to zoom in.
