saskhouses.com passes $200 million mark in listings for 2010

More than 200 million dollars worth of Saskatchewan property has now been listed on Saskatchewan's leading website for private sales in 2010.

We passed the $200 million dollar mark for property listed on the website on May 1st, and now sit at $205,704,323 worth of Saskatchewan property advertised for sale on saskhouses.com this year alone.

Since we started saskhouses.com in June of 1999, the website has had a huge impact on the Saskatchewan Real Estate Market, giving people a commission-free alternative to buy and sell their properties.

More than 2.69 billion dollars worth of Saskatchewan property has been advertised for sale on the website in the past 10 years!

So far this year, 164 saskhouses.com customers have successfully sold their properties, and many others currently have offers pending on their properties.

On May 3, 2010 we launched a new re-design of the website, which makes it even easier for buyers to look through the hundreds of properties currently for sale on the website, and for sellers to manage their own listings.
