The average asking price of Saskatoon listings on Saskatchewan's leading website for private sales was $336,839 during the month of July, with a total of 95 saskhouses.com customers reporting their properties sold in July.

The average asking price was $32,000 higher than the average asking price in June, and almost $11,000 more than the average asking price of Saskatoon listings in July of 2008.

Despite the increase in the average asking price, sales were brisk with 95 saskhouses.com customers marking their properties sold during July, and many others markig their listings "Offer Pending".

So far this year more than 400 saskhouses.com customers have been successful selling their homes privately.

The average asking price of saskhouses.com listings in Martensville during the month of July was $297,600, the average asking price in Warman was $379,580, and the average asking price of Prince Albert listings was $267,709
