Milestone reached for saskhouses.com

saskhouses.com reached another milestone today, passing the $700 million mark for listings of Saskatchewan property in 2008.

This has been a record year for real estate listings throughout Saskatchewan, and more and more people are using saskhouses.com to market their homes privately.

saskhouses.com has seen steady growth in the number of  properties advertised for sale on the website since the website was launched almost 10 years ago, but the growth has been especially dramatic in the past few years.

In 2005, just over $200 million dollars worth of Saskatchewan property was advertised for sale on our website. That number jumped to $278 million dollars in 2006, and then almost doubled in 2007, to just under $469 million dollars in property listed. This year will see the dollar value of listings nearly double again, with the total value of listings now at just over 700 million dollars, with two months left to go.
