Average asking price of Saskatoon listings dip in November

The average asking price of Saskatoon listings on Saskatchewan's leading website for private home sales dipped to $318,635 in November.

The average asking price was a decrease of $12,208 from the average asking price in October of 2009, and a decrease of $35,777 from November of 2008.

The average asking price of listings in Martensville at the end of November was $328,866, the average asking price of Warman listings was $355,707, and the average asking price of Prince Albert listings was $272,390.

November was an excellent month for sales on saskhouses.com, with 45 customers reporting their houses sold during the month of November, and many others indicating they have offers pending on their properties.

So far this year, more than 500 million dollars worth of Saskatchewan property has been listed for sale on saskhouses.com, with more than 650 successful sales so far.
