Half a billion dollars worth of Sask. property listed in 2009!

More than half a billion dollars worth of Saskatchewan property has been listed for sale on Saskatchewan's leading website for private sales in 2009.

The $500 million dollar mark was passed on November 30th, and there has now been a total of $501,557,866 worth of Saskatchewan property listed for sale on saskhouses.com since January 1, 2009.

The total is the second highest amount of property listed on saskhouses, trailing only 2008, which was a record-breaking year for real estate listings in Saskatchewan.

So far, since it began in 1999, saskhouses.com has listed almost 2.5 billion dollars worth of Saskatchewan property, with more than 5,000 successful sales.
