Average asking prices increase slightly in October

The average asking price of the 186 Saskatoon listings on saskhouses.com at the end of October was $330,843, an increase of just over $6,000 from September.

While asking prices remained pretty much stable during October, sales continued to be brisk, with 54 saskhouses.com customers marking their properties sold during October, and many others indicating they now have offers pending on their properties.

The average asking price of 31 listings in Warman at the end of October was $349,477, the average asking price of 12 listings in Martensville was $335,808, and the average asking price of 40 listings in Prince Albert was $264,379.
