| Thanks for your help in selling our home. Truth be told, it took less than 1 hour after being listed on your site to make the deal - I couldn't believe the reaction! I was driving to Kamloops when my wife called me to exclaim people were phoning! I had checked that morning and it had not been processed for listing yet. Many people were begging us to sell it to them! I can't blame them, it is a very nice place in a very nice location - for a very good price. Today, I finally updated the site to reflect SOLD! I wish I had 10 properties just like this.
The first couple to view (and there were many) were the lucky ones to get our place. The market in this area is HOT, when the price is right. Actually, if I could have waited a couple of months I have no doubt I would have received another 20 G easily. Hey, with no realtor fees and the low purchase price 6 years ago, I know did very well. I learned alot about the process of "for sale by owner" and frankly, would not want it any other way.

What can we say, but WOW! We submitted our pictures and information around midnight on a Friday night, the listing went up around 8 a.m. on Saturday morning and by noon we had a signed offer to purchase at exactly what we wanted to get out of the sale. Your service is astounding. The signage was dropped of by 9 a.m. on the day of listing and all the paperwork that comes along with the package make it so easy to sell.

We just wanted to commend you on the WONDERFUL service you're providing to Sask residents! Our experience with saskhouses.com was even better than expected! We submitted our information on a Sunday (around noon), and didn't expect our house to be posted until the following business day. However, at 4:00pm the phone rang and it was someone who wanted to look at our house that very evening. On their way home that evening, they called to schedule an appointment for 9:30am the next morning. Monday morning our phone rang at 7:00am. It was the couple wanting to catch us first thing before my husband went to work because they wanted to submit an offer! Our house was essentally sold within 20 hours of us submitting our information to you! Here we are, 5 days later and all conditions have been removed and our house is sold.
